Bail set for Suspect in Horace School Shooting

(Fargo, ND) — The Fargo man accused of shooting a coworker in the parking lot of a Horace school made his first court appearance Wednesday afternoon, with a judge setting bail at one-million-dollars cash only. Forty-year-old Garmonyou Dougar Wiles made his first court appearance Wednesday from the Cass County Jail via Zoom. He pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge of discharging a firearm within city limits. He’s expected to enter pleas for attempted murder and other felonies at a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 5 at 1:30 p.m.
