(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City Police have arrested a suspect following a Wednesday morning stabbing incident. Two men were left with non life-threatening injuries after the stabbing at a Waterloo Street home. Forty-year-old Jesse Torres has been arrested on charges including attempted murder.
